MAINTENANCE JOB
Burnett County Housing Authority is seeking a qualified Maintenance person that can work 32-40 hours weekly to perform a variety of duties. These duties would include but not limited to minor troubleshooting and knowledge of appliance repair, light carpentry, plumbing and electrical. Seasonal work which includes mowing, landscaping and snow removal. Complete maintenance work orders, annual inspections and unit turnovers in a timely manner. This position would also includes being available to respond to after hour and weekend on-call maintenance emergencies when needed. Applicant must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
